Cold carrot tomato soup
for about 2 servings
Ingredients
- 5 big tomatoes
- 3 big carrots
- Salt, pepper, chilli (optional)
- fresh basil
Preparation
Put the washed carrots in the GASTROBACK® Design Multi Juicer Digital Plus on high.
Then also juice the washed tomatoes on a low setting.
If you want the soup a little thicker, just leave it as it is. Alternatively, simply pass through a sieve briefly.
Then season with salt, pepper and optionally chilli powder. Garnish with basil and enjoy cold.
Tip: Cut small pieces of mozzarella into the soup.
