Lamb's lettuce with lentils and pear
for about 2-3 servings
A healthy diet doesn't just include juices and fresh fruit. Delicious salads with selected ingredients are also always a treat for the palate.
Ingredients salad
- 100g lamb's lettuce
- 1 medium beetroot (cooked)
- 100g lentils (cooked)
- 1 pear
Ingredients Dressing
- 3 tbsp healthy olive oil
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 pinch of salt
- some pepper
Preparation
In the first step the lentils and the beetroot are cooked until they are soft and then cut into bite-sized pieces with the other ingredients. Then the ingredients are mixed with the salad.
Now it's time for the dressing.
For this, oil, water, vinegar, mustard and honey are put in a container and pulled into a smooth dressing with the GASTROBACK® Design Hand Blender Advanced Pro E. At the very end, season with salt and pepper and pour over the salad.
