Yoghurt ice cream | Ice cream recipe for ice cream machines
Refreshing and creamy: Discover our simple recipe for homemade yoghurt ice cream – healthy, delicious and perfect not only for hot summer days!
Ingredients:
- 300 g whole milk yoghurt
- 200 g cream
- 50 g icing sugar
- A dash of lemon juice
The portion is enough for about 8 scoops of ice cream
Settings:
- Ice cream consistency: medium
- Stirring speed: medium
- Time: 30-40 minutes
Preparation:
- Mix the yoghurt with the powdered sugar and lemon juice.
- Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the yoghurt mixture.
- The ice cream mixture can now go into the ice cream maker.
Tip:
If you like, you can add berries, jam or nuts through the filling opening shortly before the end of the preparation time and fold them in. The yoghurt ice cream goes well on a fruit platter.
