Carrot-Mango Smoothie
for about 2 smoothies
With this delicious smoothie you start the day full of energy. Fruity and sweet, with a slight spiciness from the ginger, it will keep you full long enough without being heavy in your stomach.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango (approx. 500 g)
- 1 tbsp ginger (peeled)
- 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 500 ml carrot juice OR
- 1 kilo of fresh carrots (for juicing)
Preparation
Peel the mango and cut the pulp from the stone, roughly dice. Peel the ginger.
Peel the carrots (about 1 kilo is required) and juice them in the Design Multi Juicer Digital Plus. Alternatively, ready-made carrot juice can be used.

For a smoothie, add half of the mango, half of the ginger, half of the carrot juice and the juice of the fresh lime to the Design Smoothie Maker Mix & Go. Puree the contents very finely and enjoy straight away or keep closed in the refrigerator.
If you want something sweeter, you can sweeten it with a little agave syrup.
